"Lucy, you saved me yesterday, really. When I said I was scared of my own thoughts it was true. I was heading into a really dark place and couldn't see my way out. I know I have lots to work on but the reiki session was what I needed. I actually had some decent sleep for the first time in a couple of months. Everything you did helped me so much. I had weeks of waking up at 3am without being able to get back to sleep and panic and anxiety through the roof. Words alone cannot express my gratitude for what you've done for me. I tried everything and was at my wits end. You turned it around for me.
