This is a one-person healing session offered virtually with Lucy Basso. Reiki, pronounced ray-key, is a Japanese word meaning “Universal Life Energy.” It is a natural, safe, and simple healing method that allows you to absorb more vital life force energy.
Reiki is based on the principle that the practitioner channels healing energy to activate the body’s natural processes and restore physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
